I am currently working on a research project regarding occupational therapy services being provided in high schools. I was wondering if you provide such services, and if so, would you be willing to fill in a short survey, which should not take any more than 10 minutes of your time? If you do not provide such services could you please pass this on to anyone you know who does and/or have them contact me at ahoag@baypath.edu so I can send them the survey.
